All you need to know are the basics, and then you can constantly upskill yourself, and then you find a target audience who requires your skillset.

So, for example, while you’re offering graphic designing services, you can simultaneously learn to design tools like adobe. A few other tools that you can probably think about learning are photoshop and illustrator but keep upskilling.

Yourself now, let’s talk about how you can start as a freelance graphic designer in India.

Now your first step is to find a niche. We have already discussed different types of graphic designing services that you can offer.

So what you do is pick up one of them and start learning and offering it to your clients like only logo designing like that.

So decide what you want to offer and to whom you want to offer. Now your second step is to start promoting your services on social media or other platforms that you are willing to use.

It may seem expensive at first, but I want you to understand that it’s an investment in your business. It’s an investment in yourself. The more skills you have, the better you get paid as a freelancer so let me tell you an example. So I have produced 200 to 300 rupees a page for design. Still, I have spent 12 000 rupees on seven pages designed on adobe suite that makes it 1600 rupees for each page. So on average, you can make 50 000 inr and more a month as a freelance graphic designer in India.

If you have international clients, you can easily make more than one lakh in a month, and it’s in my opinion not a very big deal if you can back clients from us uk, etc. and you’re good at your work so keep upskilling yourself as a freelancer.
